1. Service
Gadeiros is a personal, self-hosted service operated by Vincent Hermoso. It provides tools for creating Mermaid diagrams, writing notes and organizing them with tags. Your workspace content is stored on the service's server.
2. Access and accounts
The home page and legal information are public. Your workspace requires an account: email and password with email verification, or Google sign-in when enabled. You are responsible for protecting your password and access to your email or Google account. Account settings let you update your name and change or set a password.
Access may be refused, suspended or withdrawn when necessary to protect the service, its users or its infrastructure.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use Gadeiros to interfere with the service, bypass access controls, access another user's data without permission, distribute malicious content or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Avoid automated abuse, spam and requests that deliberately overload the service. When using optional AI assistance, review generated content before relying on it.
4. Your content
You remain responsible for the content you create or store in Gadeiros. You should only upload or create content that you are entitled to use.
Workspaces are separated by account. Do not upload another person's confidential information without permission. Diagram JSON imports add copies to your workspace; restoring a backup replaces your existing diagrams and their history after confirmation. JSON diagram exports do not include notes, tags or version history. Keep separate copies of important notes and diagrams.
5. Availability and changes
Gadeiros is provided on a best-effort basis. Features may be changed, interrupted or discontinued, including for maintenance, security or development purposes.
6. No warranty
The service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. You are responsible for keeping copies of important content where appropriate.
